∎ Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).·
∎ Knowledge of operating systems on Linux, and Windows.
∎ Good communication skills and also requirement collection skills to prepare a cloud solution.
∎ Prefer Google Cloud Certified (Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Cloud & Google Workspace Administration) candidates.
∎ Experience with cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
∎ Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
∎ Strong familiarity with systems engineering, cloud computing, and relevant programming languages.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of cloud products, including but not limited to:Machine Learning (AI Platform), Compute (Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine), Storage (Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Big Query), Networking (Cloud VPN, Cloud Load Balancing), Data Analytics (Dataflow, Dataproc)· Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to GCP workloads. Assist customers in optimizing their GCP applications for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability. Design the HA / DR strategies setup process, services, and tools around the cloud oversee the build of the environment, and execute the migration plan. Architect and implement DevSecOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, and Spinnaker.
