Reporting to: UK Infrastructure Team Purpose of the Role: To provide cloud infrastructure and device management support for Planet Education Networks’ UK operations.

You will be responsible for managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and Kandji (Apple MDM) platforms, while ensuring endpoint compliance across both Windows and Apple environments—all from our Chittagong office.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Management Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle, conditional access, and MFA. Administer Exchange Online: mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and policies. 

• Support secure access and identity protection across the UK tenant. Endpoint & Device Management Enrol and manage Windows 10/11 devices using Intune and Autopilot. Set up and support Apple devices through Kandji, integrated with Apple Business Manager. Monitor compliance status and enforce endpoint protection policies. Microsoft 365 Administration Support user provisioning, licensing, and configuration of services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook. 

• Resolve escalated M365-related service desk requests from UK users. Coordinate with the UK IT team to ensure service reliability and user satisfaction. Security & Compliance Apply security baselines and compliance policies across all managed endpoints. Maintain patch management and ensure timely updates across devices. Contribute to documentation and audits related to UK Cyber Essentials requirements. Documentation & IT Policy Maintain updated SOPs, device enrolment guides, and system architecture documentation. 

• Collaborate with UK team to align all configurations with internal IT policies and GDPR compliance. Remote Support & Collaboration Provide responsive, remote-first technical support to UK staff. 

• Use remote tools to assist in troubleshooting, configuration, and device monitoring. Attend virtual team meetings, report progress, and flag critical issues in real-time.  

• Essential Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor`s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. 1–2 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud environments (Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365). Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS device management. 

• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Kandji or similar Apple MDMs. Experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender policies. 

• Basic networking understanding (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Unifi/WiFi systems). Strong communication and documentation skills in English.  Desirable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure
