Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing prescriptions in an appropriate and efficient manner and ensuring the right patient, right medicine, right dose, and at the right time.
∎ Reviewing and executing prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality and medication dispensing.
∎ When in questionable equity about a doctor's prescription, obtain confirmation and clarify the prescription before dispensing.
∎ Controlling medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions, etc.
∎ Provide appropriate medication based on an understanding of the patient's background information.
∎ Should understand pharmacovigilance activity and reporting ADR or real hypersensitivity to pharmacy manager and submit to the regulatory body and perform related other jobs.
∎ Adhere to the Policy of Medication Preparation to Supplying.
