Experience:
Medical Assistant Diploma from recognized institution with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) registration is essential.
Training on Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) is desirable.
Training on Public Health is an asset.
Knowledge of Chittagonian dialect and Rohingya language is advantageous.
Experience of managing Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) is desirable.

Job Context: Supervise and monitor all the medical activities assigned under his/her responsibility according to MSF policies and guidelines. Support and supervise implementation of all medical activities, including supervision of the medical team, in different field locations.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Supervision:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of Hep C clinic staff, including medical and administrative teams.
Ensure adherence to HCV treatment protocols and guidelines.
Ensure that strategy of Hep C program has been followed and monitor properly.
Optimize patient flow and service delivery in alignment with project goals.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Maintain high standards in patient care, infection control, and documentation.
Community Feedback and Patient follow up in the camp:
In collaboration with Health Promotion team, ensure proper tracking of defaulter patients, ensure required home visit, organize patient care meeting.
Improve the activity acknowledging community feedback.
Staff Management:
Supervision, organization of the staffs and rosters under his supervision.
Train staff on HCV testing, treatment, and harm reduction strategies.
Support professional growth and team cohesion through regular supervision and feedback.
Medical supply management:
Identify and ensure availability of the material needs (equipment and consumable material) required for the functioning of the Hep C clinic (monitoring and ordering of medical and logistical material).
Supervise and manage the pharmacy stock by ensuring the weekly inventory and order to meet the needs for the medical activities.
Data and Reporting:
Oversee accurate documentation and reporting of patient data.
Actively participate in the preparation of regular report and data analysis.
Other:
Participate in other activities under his/her scope of performance as needed and recommended by the Hep-C Coordinator.
Ensure the physical stability of the OPD structure by collaborating with the logistic team in planning and organizing the set out, renovation and maintenance as needed.
Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents based on Health Care Policy- Locally Hired Staff (LHS).
Salary is not negotiable. Income tax deduction at source will be applicable based on the current income tax rule.
Festival bonus entitlement is effective upon completing one (01) year of uninterrupted service with MSF.
There are no provisions for relocations.
