Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular, clear, and professional communication with clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Understanding Client Needs
  • Actively listen to client concerns and expectations.
  • Understand the client’s business, industry, and challenges.
  • Customize services or solutions to meet specific client goals.
  • Service Delivery & Support
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products/services.
  • Coordinate internally to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide after-service support and guidance when needed.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Address and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Reporting & Feedback
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to clients.
  • Collect feedback and use it to improve service quality.
  • Keep accurate records of communications and service history.
  • Professionalism & Ethics
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all interactions.
  • Always represent the company’s values and standards.
