Responsibilities & Context:

We seek a brilliant, bright, resourceful, and enthusiastic client service executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work in a team to support and improve the customer service experience by building positive relationships and ensuring good service.

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • She handles inquiries and provides accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and maintaining the schedule. Assisting in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, keeping records, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
