∎ The candidate must mostly remain active and involved in client relationship management
∎ The candidate must be skilled in MS Office (MS Excel) usage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle calls and make promotional calls time to time and provide detailed information about our services to clients over the phone and upfront
∎ Handle emails and online inquiries and materialize through mail and phone calls
∎ Deliver proper demonstration of product/ service in a highly effective manner for successful sales closure
∎ Provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like guides, itinerary, brochures and maps
∎ Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their suggests and requirements
∎ Handle corporate clients in line with their travel policies
∎ Keep the companies and customers up to date with any visa related updates
∎ Prepare action plans and schedule to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
∎ Create and support the organization to build and maintain a professional network within the hoteliers, suppliers, transporters within Bangladesh
∎ Interact with the pre-sales and support teams when needed to resolve any issues regarding the product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be skilled in MS Office (Mostly MS Excel) usage
Salary: Negotiable
