• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both in Bangla and English).

• Comfortable using social media, especially Facebook.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for client data management.

• Prior experience in client handling or marketing is a plus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Must be proactive, friendly, and goal-oriented.

• Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to introduce our services.

• Maintain and regularly update a client and lead database.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Create and post engaging content on Facebook and other social media platforms.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into paying clients.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and engagement activities.
