• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter

• Expertise in implementing database synchronization mechanisms between local and server-side databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm)

• Proficient in Dart programming language and familiar with Flutter framework concepts and architecture.

• Solid understanding of mobile app development principles, including design patterns, OOP, data structures, and algorithms

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with version control systems such as Git, and SVN.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with other mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native or native Android/iOS development

• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Provider or Bloc pattern

• Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration

• Experience with database systems such as SQLite or Firebase

• Develop and maintain robust and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications

• Work diligently to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery

• Utilize expertise in Flutter to create high-quality, responsive mobile applications

• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code using the MVVM architecture

• Manage the release process of the app and publishing to iOS and Android app stores with appropriate metadata and compliance checks

• Analyze app analytics, identify and address bugs, and respond to user feedback to maintain a positive user experience

• Follow software and product development processes by working closely with product/project managers and with engineering teams

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in mobile technology and Flutter development
