  • Communicate professionally and fluently in English with clients across all channels (Phone/In-person).
  • Build strong relationships with clients using excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our premium services to prospective families.
  • Manage client follow-ups rigorously to ensure a smooth matchmaking process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
