Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Facilix is a fast-growing BPO company providing outsourcing services to international clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Client Manager with a strong background in the US Property Preservation Industry. The role requires managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. The selected candidate must have direct industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with US business hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between US-based property preservation clients and internal teams.
- Manage work orders, bids, and service requests on client portals, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and processors to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor client accounts daily, resolve issues quickly, and handle escalations professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with client guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
- Track progress of ongoing projects and prepare detailed performance and compliance reports.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work in alignment with US time zones (night shift as required).
