Responsibilities & Context:

Facilix is a fast-growing BPO company providing outsourcing services to international clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Client Manager with a strong background in the US Property Preservation Industry. The role requires managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. The selected candidate must have direct industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with US business hours.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between US-based property preservation clients and internal teams.
  • Manage work orders, bids, and service requests on client portals, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, field technicians, and processors to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor client accounts daily, resolve issues quickly, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client guidelines, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and prepare detailed performance and compliance reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work in alignment with US time zones (night shift as required).
