Responsibilities & Context: We seek a brilliant, bright, resourceful, and enthusiastic client service executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to work in a team to support and improve the customer service experience by building positive relationships and ensuring good service.
Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
She handles inquiries and provides accurate information about the company and its services.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and maintaining the schedule. Assisting in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, keeping records, and managing office supplies.
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
