Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Freelanty Ltd. is a UK-registered startup providing Digital Marketing, Web Design, and SEO services to global clients.

We’re currently expanding our client outreach and onboarding operations and looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the complete client acquisition and management process.

This position offers an opportunity to work remotely with international clients, develop communication skills, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Schedule

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monitoring: Remote monitoring through software such as Hubstaff
  • Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Client Communication & Management

  • Communicate with international clients via email and virtual meetings
  • Prepare and share proposals, documents, and presentations
  • Conduct cold calls and cold emails for new client acquisition
  • Assist in onboarding and follow-up with clients

Lead Management & Client Acquisition

  • Learn and execute professional communication and follow-up strategies
  • Prepare customized proposals and outreach materials
  • Maintain CRM records, databases, and progress documentation
  • Meet monthly communication and conversion targets

Administrative Support

  • Support supervisor in day-to-day operations and reporting
  • Assist with cross-functional administrative or marketing projects
