Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or Law.

• At least 5 years

• Age 30 to 50 years

• At least 5 years of experience in international EPC or infrastructure projects, with proven claim management background.
• Solid understanding of FIDIC Silver Book.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, capable of performing critical path analysis and delay quantification.
• Skilled in EOT and cost claim preparation, with a strong grasp of supporting documentation requirements.
• Skilled Documentation Job for technical claim reports and correspondence.
• Familiar with Chinese enterprise management and reporting systems.
• Upholds high professional ethics, discipline, and confidentiality in all contractual dealings.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with ADB / World Bank / JICA-funded projects or public-sector EPC contracts.
• Background in planning, scheduling, or delay analysis is highly desirable.
• Holder of PMP, FIDIC, or Contract Claim Management certification preferred.

• Manage the entire project claim process, from identification to submission, negotiation, and follow-up.

• Collaborate with the Planning Engineer to perform EOT (Extension of Time) and cost impact analyses.

• Establish and maintain a claim event log, evidence database, and claim progress register.

• Review project correspondence, daily reports, and progress data to support claim substantiation.

• Prepare and submit well-structured claim submittals.

• Obey the direction of Contract Manager and Coordinate closely with the Contract Manager to formulate comprehensive claim and dispute strategies.
