Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, and execute construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for the manufacturing facilities, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to assess the structural integrity of buildings, floors, and other infrastructure components. Address and rectify any structural issues promptly.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
∎ Implement safety protocols and measures to maintain a secure working environment.
∎ Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers, overseeing their work to meet quality and timeline expectations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of project progress, including drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation. Prepare reports and updates for management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide technical support to enhance operational efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Experience in construction, project management, and maintenance within industrial or manufacturing settings.
∎ Prior experience working in apparel manufacturing facilities will be given preference.
∎ Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software for design, project management, and documentation (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
∎ Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
