Responsibilities & Context:

·        Ensure all civil and structural works comply with BNBC (latest), NTPA, Nirapon, and RSC requirements.

·        Plan, supervise, and execute new construction, expansion, extension, renovation, and retrofitting works within factory premises.

·        Conduct regular structural and non-structural inspections, including checks on cracks, settlement, corrosion, dampness, bracing, anchorage, and building stability.

·        Perform regular floor load calculations and verify load compliance as per Nirapon/RSC requirements.

·        Monitor structural integrity and ensure floor load limits are defined, displayed, and maintained.

·        Implement, monitor, and close Nirapon/RSC Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) within agreed timelines.

·        Upload inspection findings, load calculations, and supporting documents on time to the Nirapon/RSC portal, ensuring real-time data sharing and accuracy.

·        Review, maintain, and update civil/structural drawings, approvals, calculations, and as-built documents.

·        Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and timely completion of works.

·        Conduct regular building condition assessments and report risks to management.

·        Support buyer, regulatory, Nirapon, and RSC audits, including opening, follow-up, and closing meetings.

·        Coordinate with Compliance, EHS, Maintenance, Fire Safety, and Utility teams to ensure safe factory operations during civil works.
