Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day road construction works at project sites.
Ensure work execution as per drawing, specification, and project requirements.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly work reports.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with site staff, labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Check and verify site measurements, quantities, and work progress.
Monitor road works including earthwork, subgrade, sub-base, base course, bituminous works, and maintenance/repair works.
Ensure proper use of construction materials and resources at site.
Identify site issues and take necessary steps for timely resolution.
Maintain site discipline, safety, and proper work environment.
Visit multiple project sites when required.
