• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B. Sc. in Civil Engineering (BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, SUST, MIST graduate will get preference.)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Experience: At least 5 years required in relevant field

• Fresher are also encouraged to apply

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction

• Establish 100% safety practices on site as per company standard

• Estimation & Costing of projects.

• Should have knowledge regarding both structural & finishing stage of project

• Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.

• Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation

• Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system).

• Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP) Coordinate with Architecture & Engineering Design Department for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.

• Supervise technical and non-technical staff.

• Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.

• Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.

• Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
