Responsibilities & Context: Civil Engineer Responsibilities:-
- Capable of Analysis & Design of Steel & RCC Structure, Estimating, Designing and Construction Preparation of BOQ (Steel & RCC).Supervision of all Civil Construction works.
- All kinds of supervision for structural and architectural finishing works such as Soil test, Building layout, Piling (pre cost/situ), Load test, Mat/Basement foundation, RCC, Column/Lift/Retaining wall, Brick works, Shuttering etc.
- Prepare estimate of all kinds of materials as per drawing.
- Prepare bill of contractor, certify the quality and quantity as per site execution.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Resolve design and construction related problems.
- Project coordination with Site Engineers / Sub-Asst. Engineers / site supervisors.
- Having Sound Knowledge in any kinds of Structural design.
- Must Know Auto CAD and other civil Engineering software as like STAAD- Pro. ETABS etc.
- Knowledge of principals, practice and techniques surveying Civil Engineering, Construction and Engineering inspection should have hands on experience on supervise Multi-storied building construction and foundation plan and other document for approval from concern authority as per requirement.
- Ensure bill checking and timely completion of project with quality construction work as per specification.
- Experience to work with different Government Agencies like LGED, PWD and so on will be advantage.
- Having sound knowledge in BNBC 2006 ACI, AISE etc.
Administration Responsibilities:·
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, assisting with project coordination, and facilitating communication within the engineering team and with external stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Organize company meetings.
