• Must have knowledge about the materials quality.
• Must have an idea about the brand and market price of goods and materials.
• Must have excellent knowledge over construction of building project.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadliner.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and term of services to secure the best possible deals.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure quality standards and reliability.
• Develop policies for controlling procurement costs and reducing unnecessary expenditures.
• Result oriented approach.
• Self-motivated & Self-driven.

• Sourcing potential vendors as per company policy.
• Cooperate with purchase department to procure the best available construction materials from the market and ensure timely supply of materials for on time project completion.
• Maintain close relationship with all concerned units/ departments/ institutions bodies to ensure smooth operation.
• Any other job related task assigned by the superior.
