• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• From BUET only.

• Having well experiences with Accord/ Alliance/ RSC and other compliance issues.

• Having well experiences in structural design.

• Demonstrate sound working knowledge on high-rise buildings, fair-face casting, multi-basement construction, and Government projects (as contractor or Gov. development works).

• Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ

• Must have good knowledge on current material rate and work rate

• Able to negotiate and finalize rate of contractors and prepare work order

• Expertise knowledge on relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

• Knowledge on ERP Software, MS Excel, Microsoft Project, Power Point and any other Engineering related program

• Competent in conflict and crisis management and should have the ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge on ERP Software and any other Engineering related program

• Demonstrate sound working knowledge on high-rise buildings, fair-face casting, multi-basement construction, and Government projects (as contractor or Gov. development works).

• Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ

• Plan and monitor the proper progress of the projects and take action plans depending on the requirement

• Supervise construction works on regular intervals to ensure timely completion with proper quality, standard, and consistent working drawings

• Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues

• Communicate policy guidelines to the members of the projects Prepare method statements of all the works/jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools, etc.)

• Provide safety guidelines to all the workers, and contractors; supervise staff of the projects and take proper measures to ensure safety

• Coordinate with project personnel and contractors to address operational issues and solve proactively.
