• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET.

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• At least 10 Years Practical Working Experience in Textile/Garments Industry Construction Sector with any Reputed Company

• Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.    

• Excellent Structural Design Experience.       

• Excellent Knowledge in Fair face Structure.        

• Excellent Updated Knowledge about BNBC & ACI.       

• Excellent Managerial Capacity to Manage Project Engineers Staff.        

• High Level of Knowledge in Construction Efficiency.  

Responsible for managing all Related activities of a Plus Group of Industry. Such as planning and production of work Manpower Resources development and Monitoring and technical assistance to complete the work scope.

• We are looking for a smart, honest, qualified and knowledgeable Civil Engineer to manage a huge range of projects from conception to completion.

• Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design and Drawing as per Management decisions. 

• Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.

• Estimate materials as per requirement.

• Archiving and maintaining site documents.

• Follow-up all civil works and safety issues.

• Adaptable and able to work under pressure and Capable to take Right Decision Independently.

• Check site materials quality and volume. Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.

• Project construction schedule, supervision and activity management.

• Bill checking as per completed work ad per given design & quality
