Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in Social science/Social work / Psychology/.
Post graduate degree
Clear Understanding on the issues project has to work on.
Knowledge on current development and emergence issues.
Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.
Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
Proven management and leadership ability.
Good communication and networking skill.
Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration.
Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
Decision making and conflict resolution skills.
Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the relevant field.
Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
Position Purpose:
The CP & GBV Case Management Assistant supports the delivery of quality case management services for vulnerable children, adolescents, women, and survivors of GBV. The role assists in case intake, assessments, safety planning, referrals, follow‑up, documentation, and maintaining confidentiality in line with CPIMS/GBVIMS+ standards. The position works closely with community structures and service providers to ensure safe, timely, survivor‑centered, and child‑friendly support.
Key Responsibilities:
High quality CP & GBV activities delivered on time with strong community participation.
Survivors receive safe, confidential, and comprehensive support following IASC/GBVIMS standards.
Accurate and timely CP/GBV data is recorded, reported, and securely managed.
Child and survivor information remains fully protected with controlled visitor access.
CP programs and community structures function effectively according to the action plan.
Strong coordination ensures compliance with CPiE, GBV, and WVI standards across partners.
Case review information is updated regularly for improved coordination. Survivors access timely, appropriate services through proper referrals and follow up.
Inter agency recommendations are applied to enhance case quality.
Survivors receive continuous, coordinated support from all service providers.
Home visits are conducted safely, minimizing risks for survivors and staff.
Prevention activities run smoothly through effective team collaboration. Community support systems strengthen compassionate care for survivors.
Women receive appropriate psychosocial assessment and quality group sessions.
volunteers and facilitators gain essential skills that enhance the quality and effectiveness of prevention and response activities in the community.
