Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate in any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification might be considered if experience is more than 15 years.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment of security and safety risk of Dhaka Boat Club and prepare strategic and executive plan for It’s safeguard.
∎ Control and supervise the security team.
∎ Establish and maintain liaison with local law enforcement authorities such as police, river police, traffic, intelligence etc.
∎ Provide special protocol to the VIPs and members and ensuring their safety.
∎ Provide security supports during all events.
∎ Check and update all security equipment, fire preparedness, carry out central fire drill with collaboration to FIRE SERVICE AND CIVIL DEFENCE
∎ Manage and train bouncers, security guards, supervisors, officers and manager.
∎ Ensure gates entrances and perimeter security.
∎ Act promptly during any emergency situation of the club, maintain proper reporting and execute action plan accordingly
∎ Any other duties assigned by the club authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Defense personnel are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ As per club policies.
