Job Context:
∎ Oriental Eco Woods Ltd is a leading wood composite product manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) who has minimum 10 (ten) years working experiences in the Door & Board industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist management to establish short & long term sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities in regular basis.
∎ To review sales policies & strategies to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term objectives.
∎ To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
∎ Must be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase Branding activities.
∎ To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
∎ Should have sound administrative command over sales & marketing function.
∎ To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
∎ To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
∎ Job assign by the management time to time according to subject.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience / vast knowledge regarding door, board industry.
∎ Computer literacy is must (Specially in MS Office).
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Must be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase the sales.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Market/ Industry stranded remuneration package will be offered to deserving candidate.
