Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing, coordinating and directing all project related activities. Primary objective of the position is to propose, implement and follow up short and long term project management strategies.
∎ Liaise with major customers including architects and consultants on a regular basis with a view to ensure that they remain satisfied with OTIS.
∎ Customer Satisfaction is the bottom line of all activities and systems designed and implemented.
∎ Logistics planning and scheduling of the jobs as per available work fronts.
∎ Prepare completion plan for his area of operation; Manpower planning;
∎ Motivate / Mentoring employees and subcontractors.
∎ Responsible for productivity and cost tracking v/s budget.
∎ Site interfacing - Civil and electrical with clients and agencies involved for execution and smooth flow of the project operations.
∎ Documentations- Design Documents, Various Project Reports, Manuals, weekly updations to the project manager.
∎ Ensure that project work in his area is carried out to achieve required standards of performance and quality.
∎ Meet major clients, consultant, architects, contractors, company employees and advise them on queries raised from technical point of view;
∎ Visit customers to solve their queries & maintain good relationship with customer; Organize handing over ceremonies;
∎ Adhere to Elevator & Escalator Cardinal rules. Actively participate in Safety meetings and review issues and progress;
∎ Ensure TBT every fortnight and other EH&S trainings for employees and subcontractors as per 5-10-5 principles.
∎ Recognize good safety behavior and enforce discipline as per accountability policy; Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules.
∎ Ensure EH&S rules and procedures are adhered to by all employees at all job sites; Ensure all near misses and accidents are timely reported & participate in Incident investigation.
∎ Help employees and subcontractors in resolving Safety Dilemma experienced at job sites.
