∎ Candidates with professional degrees like ACCA, CFA, CA, CIMA et cetera will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Anti Money Laundering
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Credit Administration, Deposit Operations, Operations, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Strong inter personal and communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Anti Money Laundering, Bank and Financial Institution, Branch Operation, Credit Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, Operational Management, Performance Management System, Process Development, Strategic Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applications are expected from experienced and efficient leaders with adequate work experience to:
∎ Manage and direct company operations, inter-alia credit, deposit, and other financial goals.
∎ Develop, establish and direct the execution of operating policies to support the overall company business plan.
∎ Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors to formulate strategic plans and implement new processes and approaches to achieve set goals and objectives.
∎ Introduce the performance management process in the operations area to measure and evaluate progress against goals.
∎ Oversee overall administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
∎ Oversee operational risk management functions, anti-money laundering, and necessary compliance activities.
∎ Support business plans and related activities of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience including 5 years in the role of Chief Operating Officer in a similar organization/ financial sector. This can be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Demonstrable competency in managing operations in line with the organization's strategic plans and business development processes.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
∎ Working knowledge of Core Banking Software and IT.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
