Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage senior doctors and large teams

Problem-solving mindset with operational focus

🧠 Clinical & Doctor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and surgeons

• Ensure fair and efficient patient allocation across doctors

• Coordinate with surgeons for OT scheduling and case planning

• Support growth of new and existing consultants

👥 Staff & Operations Management

• Supervise nursing, duty doctors, and support staff

• Maintain discipline while ensuring a positive work culture

• Resolve staff grievances and operational conflicts

• Monitor performance of EMOs and ensure proper patient handling

📊 Operational Performance

• Ensure optimal bed occupancy and patient flow

• Monitor OT utilization and daily case execution

• Improve patient experience from admission to discharge

• Reduce inefficiencies and operational delays

💼 Business Growth Support

• Work with management to increase patient volume

• Support marketing and patient conversion initiatives

• Track key hospital KPIs and report to management
