Oversee and manage operations of the garments manufacturing units.
Ensure efficiency in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
Collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations, buyer requirements, and sustainability standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are met.
