• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the beauty cosmetic industry, with a focus on operations management, supply chain logistics, and manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of cosmetics manufacturing processes, including formulation, packaging, and quality control, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our supply chain, manufacturing processes, and distribution operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and components while maintaining quality standards.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies with business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements, adapting operational strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
