Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deshbandhu Group, a renowned diversified group of industries, is looking for a professional of high caliber for Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its "Strategic Business Unit" Deshbandhu Cement Mills Ltd. whose principal jobs are appended as under.
∎ The incumbent has to run the Strategic Business Unit Deshbandhu Cement Mills Ltd. Independently that includes Monitoring overall Sales & Marketing, look after overall production of factory, procurement of the raw materials and Business development activities and other activities.
∎ Assist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information, Support and Analysis.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordingly.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
∎ Perform other activities as per assigned by Chairman/MD

∎ Should have experience at least 20 years in Marketing & Sales of any reputed Cement company out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'Chief Operating Officer' in any renowned Cement Company for 03 years.
∎ The incumbent should have Marketing & Sales based exposure in Cement industry throughout his career.
∎ Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
∎ Good health & good reference.
