Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Manage medical emergencies and provide immediate care, including stabilization and referral to external healthcare facilities when necessary.
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as required.
Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs.
Conduct regular health checkups and screenings when assigned by the management.
Educate employees on health and wellness topics, including lifestyle modification, nutrition, and exercise.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate health and safety hazards in the workplace.
Provide medical advice on occupational hazards, and the prevention of workplace injuries.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
Prepare and submit medical reports as required by the organization.
Liaise with external medical professionals and healthcare facilities to coordinate care and referrals.
Provide medical consultation and support to management on health-related policies and decisions.
