Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
∎ Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
∎ Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
∎ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to optimize financial performance.
∎ Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
∎ Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in accounting practices.
∎ Thorough in Expense & Income Accounts Statement, Profit & Loss Account, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Costing, Order-wise Job Costings, Monitoring Store Inventory & Purchase.
∎ Maintaining Banking Facilities with Lien Banks, taking initiatives for arranging funds, balancing between Short Term & Long Term Assets and Liabilities, Ensuring & organizing Debt servicing within deadline.
∎ Preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Budget & Financial Statement for the company.
