∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in an airline catering facility or a 4-star hotel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and cook meals according to airline specifications and recipes.
∎ Ensure all food produced is of high quality, properly seasoned, and attractively presented.
∎ Supervise and support junior chefs and Catering Assistants.
∎ Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
∎ Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are up to the airline’s quality standards.·
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
∎ Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.·
∎ Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination.
∎ Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and updating menus based on airline requirements.
∎ Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.·
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
