Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presentation of all Finance & Accounts related reports to Chairman, CEO, and Board Members.
∎ Monitoring the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements in conformity with Local & International Standards.
∎ Partnering with Board of Directors in developing new business, specifically: assisting in identifying new investment opportunities with source of fund and calculating ROI.
∎ Formulating financial strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities.
∎ Monitoring the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Master Budget & Business Plan.
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
∎ Checking the Standard Costing procedures to prepare Budget & Variance Analysis.
∎ Preparation of annual plan/policy of Income Tax & VAT and monitoring the overall operation of Income Tax & VAT as per plan/policy.
∎ Monitoring and approve the Journal Voucher, Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher & Bank Voucher through ERP system.
∎ Coordination & cooperation with Internal & External Auditor.
∎ Monitoring the implementation of Budgetary Control System.
∎ Checking the analysis of Break-Even-Point and Profitability.
∎ Monitor banking activities of the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years

∎ 7-10 years of experience in Finance & Financial Management, out of which minimum 2 years as Head of Finance.
∎ Knowledge in the Fintech (Financial Technology) industry
