Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in the following will be expected for this role.
∎ Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics required.
∎ Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
∎ Manage vendor and suppliers' relationships experience.
∎ Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
∎ Eight to ten years of experience in financial management required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervisory Responsibilities:
∎ Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
∎ Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations.
∎ CFO duties, requirements and responsibilities of the job:
∎ As part of an executive management team, the CFO will have interaction with various members of a company, both senior and junior.
∎ Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
∎ Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax and vat returns, and governmental agency reports.
∎ Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses, makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
∎ Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
∎ Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
∎ Works with the Management Body and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
∎ Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
∎ Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
∎ Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
∎ Providing strategic recommendations to the Reporting Boss and members of the executive management team.
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
∎ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Establishing and developing relations with management and external partners and stakeholders.
∎ Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Physical and Mental Requirements:
∎ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
∎ Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
∎ Most Patient for works and prepared himself anytime works and meeting virtual and physical.
∎ Required Skills/Abilities:
∎ Excellent management and supervisory skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems.
∎ Excellent written and Oral and verbal communication skills.
∎ Making Project profile and business forecasting for Venture Capital investment (local and international)
∎ Skilled Language in English.
∎ At least 8-10 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team. CFO must display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. CFO must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement.
