Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University/Institution;
∎ Professional Degree/Certification like FCA / FCMA/CFA/ CPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the Finance Division of DSE as demutualized self-regulatory organization in accordance with the Acts, Rules and Regulations of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and the DSE as well as the Companies Act,1994;
∎ Carry out all financial activities as per Securities Rules/Regulations/Directives and related issues on money market and capital market operations;
∎ Ensure settlement of all financial matter as per laws/rules on taxation, VAT and applicable accounting and auditing standards including the Companies Act, 1994;
∎ Examine and ensure that all financial policies of the exchange are in compliance with the Bangladesh and International Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards etc.;
∎ Strategic planning, designing and implementation of effective management information system;
∎ Develop plans and provide visionary guidelines for short/ long term actions for strategic, financial and operational activities to meet the corporate objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years' experience directly relating to Accounting/Finance in a renowned Financial Institution/Corporate House, with at least 10 years' experience as CFO/Finance Director or in a similar managerial position;
∎ Possess good presentation and organizational skills;
∎ Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems, especially in a renowned ERP environment;
∎ Proven inter-personal and communicative skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
∎ Experience of working in a regulated environment with both internal and external demands;
