Education:
∎ The candidate should be MBA major in Accounting/Finance in any recognized university
∎ Qualified accountant, preferably an FCA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Ability to manage minimum One to Two thousand crore BDT to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals
∎ Maintain the financial health of the organization.
∎ Analyzes financial statements and prepare reports and recommendations to top Management concerning financial performance
∎ Identifying potential financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Staying up-to-date with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
∎ Maintaining effective communication with the Banks and Financial Institutes in relation to smooth performance of company business activities.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
