Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Head of Finance) in a manufacturing-based organization.
Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, corporate finance and accounts.
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost control, project financing, and group consolidation.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Strong command of IFRS, Tax & VAT laws, and corporate governance practices.
Proficiency in ERP and financial management software.
High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to organizational growth.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage all financial, accounting, and strategic financial planning activities of our Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring financial discipline, compliance, profitability, and long-term sustainability of the Group’s operations across its manufacturing, trading, and export units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire spectrum of Financial Management, Accounting, Budgeting, and Treasury Operations of the Group.
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal control systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
Manage funding, cash flow, and liquidity, ensuring optimal use of financial resources.
Supervise the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and consolidated accounts.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, company laws, and regulatory requirements (VAT, Tax, Customs, Audit, etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic financial advice to the Board and Management to support corporate objectives.
Drive cost optimization, risk management, and investment decisions for sustainable growth.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team across group entities to enhance capacity and performance.
