Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com/ MBA in Accounting & Finance from any recognized University.
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant, FCA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning.
∎ Plan and develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff.
∎ Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects.
∎ Analyze organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
∎ Plan the financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place, business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.
∎ Strategic Operations.
∎ Product Costing.
∎ Prepare and represent monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards, Internal Revenue Service and other relevant regulations.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on accounting standard.
∎ Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
∎ Lead the budget process and the development of the annual operating and capital budgets of the Group.
∎ Recommend strategic thinking and establish functional objectives in line with organizational goal.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data on the operating progress of the company.
∎ Create a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting structure that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
∎ Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintain relationships with the investment community.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
∎ Risk Management.
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's financial risk profile.
∎ Construct and monitor reliable control systems and ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage record keeping to meet the requirements of stake holders and concern regulatory authorities.
∎ Report risk issues to the Management Committee as well as the Board of Directors.
∎ Management Reports & Analytics.
∎ Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
∎ Analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives Job Responsibilities.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Co-coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Production Department to ensure maximum utilization of Resources.
∎ Liaison with Bank and Financial Institution to arrange fund.
∎ Accounts Receivable Management, Payable, Inventory and fixed assets management.
∎ Provide Cost and Benefits Analysis for any new or renewal for services/leases/annual contracts that the local office undertakes for decision making.
∎ Knowledge of local laws on Account & Finance procedure is essential.
∎ Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel Industries & Heavy Industries.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skill.
