Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the total business from manufacturing plants to commercial dealings with customers in
∎ the industrial and food services. You will be expected to drive acquisitions and successfully lead post-merger integrations.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans with the aim of rapid growth and profitability.
∎ Manage the operations of all company departments. This includes but is not limited to Commercial teams, Manufacturing Operations, Technical teams, Finance
∎ and Sales & Marketing Operations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
∎ Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
∎ Manage financial performance through financial target-setting, budget controls and monitoring reports.
∎ Build a high-performing management team through effective mentoring and development efforts.
∎ Drive acquisitions and lead post-merger integrations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of quality control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skill.
