We are looking for a visionary, dynamic, and result-driven leader to join as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Managing Director (MD) to steer the company toward continued excellence and market leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and ensure the achievement of business goals, profitability, and growth targets.
Lead, inspire, and develop the management team to execute the company’s vision and strategic plans.
Oversee project planning, development, budgeting, financial management, and operational execution.
Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and branding strategies for both domestic and international markets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and environmental requirements in real estate operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Drive innovation in project design, marketing approaches, and operational excellence to stay ahead in the competitive market.
Educational Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (MCom) / Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economics.
Additional professional qualifications in Management, Project Development, or related fields will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry/Government High Officials/ArmyHigh Officials/Bank with a proven track record in leadership roles.
At least 4 years of experience as CEO / Head of Sales / Senior Executive in a reputed organization.
Experience in strategic planning, Business development, Marketing, and Operations is essential.
Age limit: Maximum 45 years (may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates).
