Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead company to achieve its short term and long term business goal
∎ Represent the company locally & internationally as well as to a range of external stakeholders including supporters, partners, policy makers, Govt. bodies, and with media
∎ Keep liaison with government body & regulatory authorities
∎ Create a better environment within organization
∎ Form effective high-level relationships with key partner organizations, including those who reinforce company’s business
∎ Work closely with the Chairman and other board of directors to drive, coordinate, and manage company’s multi-year strategic process, coordinating with the organization’s leaders and managing board level presentations.
∎ Do risk analysis and propose precautionary actions.
∎ Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
∎ Coordinate annual work-plans for all CXO’s that underpin the strategic plan as well
∎ Develop and oversee implementation of company’s external branding, public relations, and related external communication strategy, in alignment with company strategic goals and priorities
∎ Lead the team in defining and building an aggressive marketing strategy that ensures consistent institutional messaging and strong branding aligned with company’s core values. The strategy will leverage multiple tools, including company’s annual reports, social media presence, program and lending initiatives, and website.
∎ To take organization to a greater heights through taking visible initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 20 – 22 years of operational experience in telecommunications or related technology industry, preferably with global experience, including minimum 3 years of experience as CEO in reputed relevant organizations
∎ Proven experience working with the senior staff and Board of Directors is preferred
∎ Must have experience in company branding
∎ Good understanding on Telecommunications network
∎ Self-driven, good communication & leadership skill, innovative attitude and problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams
Salary: Negotiable
