Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide executive leadership with overall responsibilities for technology department, including IT & Software Development team
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining and upgrading the network
∎ Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage in the market
∎ Ensure usage of advanced and optimized technology in the company and by departments that yields maximum profitability
∎ Proactive participation for network improvement, optimization, fault rectification, quality assurance & data protection
∎ Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
∎ Use stakeholders’ feedback and inform them necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
∎ Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Serve as a key contributor of the team that sets the company's strategic direction to formulate long-term objectives
∎ Develop team & ensure succession planning to turn manpower into future asset
∎ Work alongside with external partners to deliver high caliber network to the market
Additional Requirements:
∎ 16 – 20 years of experience in telecommunications industry, preferably with global experience
∎ Proven experience working with the senior staff and Board of Directors is preferred
∎ Good understanding on telecommunication transmission network
∎ Qualities on Good communication, Leadership, Persuasion and analytical work
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams
