∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have 10 years of experience with different merchant banking operations as well as securities companies as CEO or senior position of the company.
∎ Should develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge of rules & regulation of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) as well as relevant on the job knowledge regarding merchant banking operations.
∎ Should have good communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capability to lead and motivate a professional team to run the organization protecting interest of the company and stakeholders.
∎ Excellent in computer literacy.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure
∎ Target oriented
∎ Age not more than 45 years. (relaxable for exceptional candidate)
