- Proven experience as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in any reputed Non-life insurance company will get preference.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Marketing, Finance, IT etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management practices.
- Analytical abilities as well as excellent communication skills
