∎ Advertisement for a Reputed Merchant Bank
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
∎ Formulate strategies/road map to implement business plans for optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plan to accommodate goals and achieve business target.
∎ Provide corporate advisory services to enterprises and corporate bodies
∎ To maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and prominent customers.
∎ Knowledge about Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Capital Market.
∎ In-depth knowledge to support business unit for preparation of short & long term
∎ Manage IPO, issue of rights share, preference share, bond, etc.
∎ Arrange loan syndication, acquisition, merger etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years relevant work-experience.
∎ Creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
∎ Ability to lead a team of professionals.
∎ Ability to work and make decisions independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of a professional team.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills - high standard of both written and spoken English.
