Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Chemists/Asst. Chemists in determining the ratio of color/chemicals in the solution.
∎ To plan activities of chemical laboratory.
∎ To plan, coordinate and direct programs for washing processes.
∎ To coordinate research analysis activities according to washing process.
∎ To review research, testing, quality control, and other operational reports to make sure that quality standards, efficiency, and schedules are met.
∎ To interpret results of laboratory activities to management and preparing reports on it.
∎ To prepare and test Chemical Budget.
∎ To test and Judge the quality of solution and the quality of final product.
∎ To conduct production activities according to the schedule of shipment.
∎ To make M/C plan according to the shipment schedule.
∎ Production of final recipe according to the standard of first batch.
∎ Distribution of activities to direct workers for proper production through chemist, Production Manager, Dyeing Master and In-Charge.
∎ To plan with all of the stakeholders according to the shipment schedule.
∎ To monitor the proper execution of processes in GSM Measurement, matt shrinkage, shade band, size set, TOP, lab test, original wash etc.
∎ To ensure the first batch production is approved by Buying House.
∎ Machine wise washing planning.
∎ Working with reputed buyer like AEO, A&F, GAP, BRFS, VF, H&M, ESPRIT, KOHL'S, NAPA, PIJRI, CECIL, CELIO, JCP etc.
∎ Trouble shooting of production process and giving instant remedy.
∎ Ensure the set recipe for random production for each style.
∎ Carry out scheduled quality assurance procedures for washing and ensure quality control.
∎ Preparing & Implementing production plan for effective utilization of Man, Machine and Raw materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English and Bengali;
∎ Good academic records
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead and motivate the subordinates.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to complete the task within a given time-frame
∎ Adequate knowledge on different types of wash.
∎ Sound knowledge on modern chemical and their application
∎ Working experience with Foreign Customer (Europe & USA)
∎ Sound knowledge on China Test, Greece Test, Formaldehyde Test, Azo Test and need to know elaborately about the pH
