Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Reports to (Position): QC Manager
∎ Department/Function: Production
∎ Direct Reports: QC Manager
∎ Indirect Reports: Production Head, GM (Sales & Mkt), Management
∎ Purpose of the job: Working closely as a liaison between production & QC for proper guidance to the continuation of Production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Chemical analysis of all incoming raw materials and finished products.
∎ Maintain test produce records as per BDS & IS standards.
∎ Perform all physical tests.
∎ Perform in house calibration
∎ Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) of Halal, ISO 22000 & HACCP.
∎ Perform Water test, Raw Material & Packaging Material Quality, Finished Product Quality & Incoming Sack Quality.
∎ Checking the packing material. packing quality and the weighing of finished products as business' requirement.
∎ Identify & resolve Speedily and efficiently all products complain
∎ Ensure enough chemicals and reagent for performing the necessary chemicals analysis
∎ Issuance of the certificate of the waste product before disposal by inspecting properly.
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Supervise & guide the technicians & lab helper for doing the job successfully.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety. health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw materials, pH value and quality of finished products accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance report to Line Manager
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Internal Relationship: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production head Operator.
∎ External Relationship : None
