Job Context:
∎ • To check and control the quality of raw materials, finished goods, and in-process materials through physical & chemical evaluation as per the company`s quality standards.
∎ • Job Location: Work at Factory (Manikganj).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ensure overall quality of all materials through physical & lab tests.
∎ • Ensure smooth production activities of the whole plant.
∎ • Manage all requirements of calibration of lab equipment & Chemicals as per SOP.
∎ • Preparations of all delivery notes.
∎ • Oversee collection of quality & product sampling, perform quality measurement & ensure the product meets compliance with all quality standards criteria.
∎ • Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.
∎ • Ensure maintaining FIFO for dispatch of finished goods & as per requirement.
∎ • Write technical reports of the test results.
∎ • Responsible for taking immediate corrective actions & solve the problems.
∎ • Taking safety measurements in premix area & people.
∎ • Result record & used decision in ERP.
∎ • Preparation of quality report.
